Part-Time Personal Assistant / Household Manager – Nashville / Murfreesboro

I am seeking a reliable and organized Personal Assistant / Household Manager to help manage household tasks and scheduling for a busy professional.

This is NOT a childcare position. There are no children in the home (one cat only).

Schedule

  • 8–20 hours per week: start slow to learn the basics then will increase to no more than 20 hours a week after training. Hours flex with needs of household
  • Preferred: Monday–Friday, 3–4 hours/day
  • Alternative: 3 days/week for ~5 hours/day
Pay
  • $20–25 per hour depending on experience
Location
  • Nashville / Murfreesboro area
  • Occasional local errands
Responsibilities may include:
  • Household upkeep (dishes, laundry, vacuuming, dusting, bathroom cleaning)
  • Maintaining household supplies and organization
  • Grocery pickup and occasional errands
  • Light pet care
  • Managing personal and professional calendars
  • Scheduling appointments and sending professional emails
  • Organizing documents
  • Completing running task list items independently
  • Some meal prep
Many tasks are on a weekly or monthly rotation, with daily visits primarily focused on maintaining a smooth-running home and schedule.

Requirements

  • Prior personal assistant, executive assistant, household manager, or administrative experience preferred
  • Office/admin experience preferred
  • Must be comfortable managing calendars and sending professional emails
  • Experience with Google Suite, Outlook calendar, and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • 2–3 professional references required
Certifications
  • HIPAA certification required (can be provided)
  • CPR certification preferred
