Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is currently hiring energetic and enthusiastic HR Trainees to join our growing team in Delhi. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about Human Resources and eager to start their career in a corporate setting. As an HR Trainee, you will support the HR department in all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, and daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

  • Maintain and update HR databases, records, and employee files.

  • Coordinate new hire orientations and assist with onboarding documentation.

  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.

  • Handle walk-in interviews and provide basic HR support during hiring drives.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as drafting offer letters, maintaining attendance reports, and supporting payroll inputs.

  • Collaborate with senior HR executives on special projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (completed or final-year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Experience

  • Experience Level: Freshers are welcome; no prior experience required.

  • Training: On-the-job training will be provided.

Working Hours

  • Days: Monday to Saturday

  • Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

  • Sunday fixed off
