What You’ll Learn & Do

  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment – from sourcing to onboarding candidates.
  • Post job openings on portals and manage candidate databases.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
  • Build strong professional networks through LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Learn the nuances of client communication and recruitment strategy.
  • Work closely with senior recruiters and gain real-time exposure to the corporate hiring process.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and talent acquisition.
  • Should have a personal laptop to work efficiently.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Candidates residing near or within Noida will be given preference.
