As an HR Executive at Let'Stay, you will play a key role in managing our most valuable asset - our people.   • Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, HR database).
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely submission of inputs.
  • Draft and issue HR documents (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, etc.).
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and support in conflict resolution.
