Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated qualified individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assiting Technicians with HVAC at Residential and Commercial locations, while training for a career and certification in the HVAC Field.

Responsibilities, including Hands-on assisting Technicians, to:

  • Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Inspect and perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
  • Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
  • Test HVAC systems for proper operation
  • Comply with all safety standards and regulations
Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License with Clean record
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Freindly personality with good communicating skills
  • Highly motivated to learn and train, while working in the field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to take direction and follow instructions to work independently with minimal supervision, where applicable
  • Ability and awareness to take proactive approaches, when opportunites arise
  • Math aptitude along with a calculator, to learn and calculate conversions for various HVAC measurements
  • Any experience or understanding of HVAC systems and components a plus
  • Any knowledge of ohmmeter usage, schematics interpretation, refrigeration principles, plumbing skills, blueprints and general building maintenance a plus
