Job Title: Machine Operator – Machinery Manufacturing --- Job Overview We are looking for skilled and dedicated Machine Operators to work in our machinery manufacturing units. The role involves operating machines such as CNC, lathe, milling, and other production equipment to ensure efficient production. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with mechanical tools and a basic understanding of manufacturing processes. Training will be provided for fresher candidates with a technical mindset. --- Qualifications: ITI (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or related trades) Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering (preferred) 10th / 12th pass candidates with relevant machine operation experience are welcome --- Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC, milling, lathe, or other production machinery as assigned Follow daily production schedules and meet assigned output targets Perform routine checks on machines and tools to ensure proper functioning Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area Assist in machine setup and basic maintenance under supervision Follow quality standards and report any issues to the supervisor or QC team Log daily production data and downtime if any Support shift activities as per the production requirement --- Salary Package: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications) Overtime Pay: ₹150 per hour (up to 3-4 hours/day) Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/month Referral Bonus: ₹2,000 per referral Double Pay for working on Sundays --- Work Schedule: Working Days: Monday to Saturday Shifts Available: General: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Rotational Shifts: First Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Second Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Third Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM --- Perks and Benefits: Company-provided food and accommodation EPF & ESI benefits Secure access with company ID Opportunity for promotion to Senior Operator or Supervisor roles Additional night shift incentives --- Eligibility Criteria: Age Limit: 18 – 40 years Experience: 0–2 years (freshers may apply) Language: Any regional language is acceptable Must be physically fit and willing to work in shifts --- Work Locations: Hosur Bangalore Chennai Coimbatore Madurai ---
