This role is responsible for troubleshooting common IT issues, supporting end users across a variety of systems and devices, and delivering responsive customer service in a fast-paced environment. The position also participates in an on-call rotation to support urgent technical issues outside of regular business hours.<br> <b>Key Responsibilities</b><br> Provide technical support to employees by phone, email, remote support tools, and ticketing systems<br> Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, printers, mobile devices, passwords, VPN connectivity, Microsoft 365 applications, and other business technology tools<br> Document issues, resolutions, and support activities within the ticketing system<br> Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate IT teams when necessary<br> Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including device setup, account provisioning, and access support<br> Assist with maintaining a positive end-user experience by delivering timely, professional, and customer-focused support<br> Participate in an on-call rotation to assist with critical after-hours IT support needs<br> <b>Qualifications</b><br> 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or related customer support roles<br> Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, VPN connectivity, and remote support tools<br> Experience using ticketing systems and documenting technical issues preferred<br> Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills<br> Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment<br> Willingness to participate in an on-call support rotation<br> <b>Physical Demands & Work Environment</b><br> This position may require over 40 hours per week and includes regular physical activity such as:<br> Extended periods at a desk working on a computer.<br> Occasional lifting of equipment up to 25 lbs.<br> Work is primarily office or remote; occasional visits to company locations as needed.<br> <b>What We Offer:</b><br> We prioritize your well-being from day one with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:<br> Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage effective immediately<br> 401(k) plan with company contributions<br> Life insurance and short- and long-term disability coverage<br> HSA/FSA options and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)<br> Paid time off, including vacation, holidays, and personal days<br> Weekly pay, employee discounts, and more<br> Equal Employment Opportunity & Pre-Employment Requirements<br> mSupply is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
