Job Description

  • Provide efficient, streamlined 24x7 IT support to Worldwide (WW) Operations (Ops) associates and internal/external support for Amazon Lockers.
  • Effective communication skills are required to interact with Amazon Internal customers including APAC/EMEA/AMER Operation /IT team/Customer support.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and efficiency in daily operations.
  • Good knowledge of IT troubleshooting on end-user devices, resolving issues on various client devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
  • Good understanding and troubleshooting skills on Various Operating system specifically on Windows and Linux.
  • A flexible work schedule involving rotational shifts is required to provide real-time customer experience in a 24*7 operating environment.
  • Meet targets for Response and Resolution SLA, CSAT, and effectively manage incidents.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
  • Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.
  • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry-relevant certifications.
  • Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
