If you’re a proactive lawyer who is excited to learn, build solid in-house experience, and contribute meaningfully to a fast-paced, global legal function - we want you on our team!<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Contract Support: Draft, review, and edit standard agreements such as employment contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements and contract addenda. </li><li>Employment Lifecycle Legal Support: Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong understanding of process compliance.</li><li>Legal Research and Advisory: Conduct legal research across multiple regions, summarizing jurisdiction-specific employment laws and prepare legal briefs, country playbooks, and compliance summaries to support internal legal decisions and client advisory.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to provide legal support.</li><li>Process Improvement & Documentation: Support the creation of legal templates, internal playbooks, and SOPs to enhance team efficiency.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Are Looking For<br><br></strong><ul><li>Qualifications & Experience</li><li>Law Degree (LLB/JD) from a recognized university.</li><li>Bar membership or qualification in any country.</li><li>2–3 years’ experience in an in-house legal department </li><li>Exposure to employment law, commercial contracts, or global HR-related work</li><li>Skills & Qualities</li><li>Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.</li><li>Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.</li><li>Language Proficiency:</li><li>Fluency in English is required.</li><li>Proficiency in another language (e.g., French, Spanish, German, Arabic) is a plus.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Offer<br><br></strong><ul><li>Work from anywhere.</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO).</li><li>Premium health insurance.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li>Dynamic and collaborative work environment.</li></ul>
