About the job:

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business goals. You will be at the forefront of executing dynamic social media campaigns and ensuring a consistent online presence across various platforms.

Key responsibilities:

A. Strategy and Planning:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
2. Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
3. Content Creation coordination with Graphic Designer:
4. Generate engaging and creative content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
5. Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.

B. Community Management:
1. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
2. Foster community engagement and build relationships with the audience.
3. Campaign Execution:
4. Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, events, or brand initiatives.
5. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed.

C. Social Listening:
1. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices.
2. Utilize social listening tools to gather insights and identify opportunities.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
4. Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports on the effectiveness of social media efforts.
5. Use data to make informed recommendations for strategy optimization.

D. Paid Social Media Advertising:
1. Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to reach specific target audiences.
2. Monitor budgets, optimize ad performance, and report on ROI.
3. Collaboration:
4. Work closely with marketing, public relations, and product teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
5. Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates for promotional activities.
