The Role The Lead Front Desk Associate is the first and last impression of Gotham Gym. This person runs point on daily front-of-house operations, owns the client experience, and acts as a trusted extension of management.

This is not a passive desk job. You are expected to think, anticipate, solve, and execute.

Schedule & Availability

This role is scheduled for four (4) shifts per week and may transition to full-time for the right person. Open availability is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Candidates must be willing and able to cover shifts, support schedule gaps, and step in when the business demands it.

  • Resolve client issues quickly and intelligently with discretion and professionalism
  • Support sales initiatives, upsells, and special promotions when appropriate
  • Train, support, and help manage other front desk staff as needed
