About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Global Payments Services Client Account Manager. In this role, you will lead, manage, and develop payment business activities in multiple and complex markets. You will partner with relationship managers to consult on complex specific payment solutions, coordinate Request for Proposal response and proposal generation, and provide production support on product issues. You will also call on clients to address their business and product needs, review and analyze complex multi-faceted, large-scale, and long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. You will make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a sound understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and collaborate with a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives within Global Payments Sales. You will collaborate and consult with Global Payments Sales peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, and lead Global Payments Sales projects and serve as a peer mentor.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Global Payments Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to serve as a strategic advisor and primary contact for key clients.
  • Experience handling escalations and resolving complex client issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and recommend solutions.
  • Strong client relationship management and executive-level communication skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise managing strategic healthcare client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to Treasury Managers, Revenue Cycle Leaders, and Finance Executives.
  • Strong capability to influence senior stakeholders and partner across a large matrixed organization
  • Knowledge of complex Treasury Management products and services
  • Ability to coordinate across sales, product, operations, implementation, risk, and technology teams.
  • Experience managing complex commercial, middle market, or large corporate client relationships
