Role Overview: BridgeCounsels LLP, a premium Fractional General Counsel Firm based in New Delhi, is offering an offline internship opportunity for June-July 2025. As a Fractional General Counsel Firm, BridgeCounsels LLP acts as a long-term legal partner for startups, growth-stage companies, and emerging businesses. The firm provides continuous legal strategy, documentation, and compliance support without the need for full-time in-house legal teams. The focus areas of the firm's work include corporate advisory, commercial contracts, intellectual property (IP), technology law, and regulatory strategy, with a particular emphasis on AI and software-related matters. Key Responsibilities: - Work on a variety of legal matters encompassing corporate & commercial law, technology, and startup advisory - Assist in handling client matters related to corporate, commercial, startup, and technology law - Draft legal notes, explainers, and articles on emerging issues in technology and intellectual property - Contribute to research activities, client follow-ups, and knowledge building within the organization - Participate in maintaining internal legal documentation and research trackers Qualification Required: - 4th or 5th year students in a 5-year law program or final-year students in a 3-year program - Strong drafting skills and excellent written/oral communication abilities - Tech-savvy individuals with a keen interest in corporate, technology, AI, and software law - Prior internship or writing experience is a bonus, although not mandatory Please note that the internship will take place at Jangpura Extension, New Delhi, in an offline mode only.
