<p>The Manager Fundraising and Programs at E&H Foundation in New Delhi will oversee education and healthcare projects, manage budgets, and build relationships with stakeholders. The role involves establishing technical protocols, ensuring project delivery, and fostering long-term client relationships. The position requires frequent travel across India and emphasizes process improvement and stakeholder engagement to enhance service delivery and program efficacy.<br>• Overview of role profile<br><br>We at E&H Foundation, have a super charged team focused on our education and healthcare programs and we want to take our quality-of-service delivery several notches up by closing the circle of inputs and feedback. The person in this required role will build relationships with all external stakeholders (corporate partners, international and domestic donors, government officials, workers committees, and community leaders), establish and roll out technical protocols, oversee seamless execution of the education and healthcare projects annually, manage associated budgets and ground team development, and build evidence of the program’s efficacy. S/he will launch and manage key accounts and other strategic relationships and existing partnerships and oversee the seamless completion of project deliverables in coordination with the donor objectives and in close coordination with the implementation team.<br><br>This role starts on a simple promise of transforming customer engagement from a traditional ‘reactive’ to a ‘proactive’ mindset. Person fosters long-term client relationships, and engenders support from stakeholders in government, corporates, labour and the sustainable sourcing community. Job Description<br><br>Program Integrity, Monitoring, and Reporting – 20%<br><br>· Provide technical input for the education and healthcare program design, delivery, and reporting framework.<br><br>· Develop programmatic protocols to maximize access to education and healthcare facilities community-based interventions.<br><br>· Develop a process to monitor and ensure seamless delivery of projects as per defined timelines and donor expectations.<br><br>· Oversee field data collection and data analysis.<br><br>· Identify program successes and areas for improvement, and tailor project design accordingly. Share learnings across the team. Establish quality improvement processes.<br><br>· Develop program materials—project impact and donor reports, presentations, and customer facing collaterals—with the assistance of the marketing team.<br><br>Growth and Implementation Management – 10%<br><br>· Develop annual plans and budgets for the E&H programs, working closely with the CEO and track progress against the strategic plan of the Foundation.<br>• Against business development objectives, identify and grow opportunities for strategic partnerships with government agencies and corporations (CSR fundings) – those with large low-income workforces and supporting education and healthcare programs, through grant applications, project proposals, making and presenting pitch decks as well as face to face meetings with potential donors and funding agencies.<br>• Increase cost-effectiveness through preparation of project contracts, pricing and budgeting, and expenditures monitoring.<br><br>· Drive operational efficiencies through planning team member deployments and forecasting product and equipment requirements.<br><br>· Keep projects on time and on target by developing project schedules, monitoring daily project outputs, identifying risks and executing course corrections.<br><br>· Lead engagement and communications with all project stakeholders. These include:<br><br>o Field representatives of project sponsors (corporations, workplace managers, human resources, grants managers).<br><br>o Implementing partners and sub-contractors (NGOs and service providers).<br><br>o Thought leaders in industry associations, CSR networks and government agencies.<br><br>New Initiatives Development – 50%<br><br>· Develop opportunities to establish partnerships with corporates, CSR networks, industry associations, and government agencies, securing their CSR funds to establish collaborations with E&H Foundation in their education and healthcare programs through submission of grant applications and appropriate project proposals.<br><br>· Working in the key states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Haryana, map and develop clients, through building databases from scratch by desk-based research, through emailers, WhatsApp infographics, cold callings, social media platforms like LinkedIn etc.<br><br>· Get to know and call upon potential clients within identified intervention zones, using word-of-mouth referrals, in-person visits, demonstrations to build trust and knowledge of the services provided by the Foundation.<br><br>· In partnership with Marketing and Finance, develop and offer pricing and contract terms that incentivize employers to invest and engage their CSR fundings in the low-income target population for their education, health and well-being.<br><br>· Consistently follow up with clients to deliver the highest levels of customer service and engagement.<br><br>· Meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual impact targets by winning new and renewal partnership contracts.<br><br>· Faithfully and accurately enter all project-related activities--calls, meetings, submissions—into excel sheets and subsequently in the customer relations management (CRM) system.<br><br>· Identify conferences, seminars, and events to raise awareness for the issue and source new clients.<br><br>Customer Satisfaction and Client Servicing – 10%<br><br>· Regular follow-ups with donors during ongoing projects to identify any concerns that need to be remediated, including TAT, Services, Compliance etc.<br><br>· Collaborate with the Marketing team to conduct Net Promoter Score data collection, identify shortcomings, review and provide remediation.<br><br>· Plan and organize team refresher trainings and build SOPs to ensure knowledge resourcing and capacity building.<br><br>· Develop a Community of Practice through participation in an annual event, routine communications, sharing of lessons learned, development of Key Opinion Leaders.<br><br>· Ensure information is provided in a transparent, consistent, verifiable, and compelling manner to all stakeholders.<br><br>· Work with field/ program team to conduct audits, Score data collection, review and remediation of shortcomings.<br><br>Account Retention and Renewals – 10%<br><br>· Build a portfolio of donors and corporates/PSUs who envision the Foundation’s objectives and work closely with them for account retention and multi-year contract renewals.<br><br>· Encourage clients to share the impact of the Foundation’s programs with stakeholders, including their business partners, boards of directors and employees. Coordinate with the Marketing team to support clients in sharing their impact assessment externally.<br><br>· Faithfully and accurately enter all project-related activities--calls, meetings, submissions—into excel sheets and subsequently in the customer relations management (CRM) system.<br><br>· Focus on maintaining Customer renewals for recurring revenue.<br><br>· Develop long-term relationships by continuing to offer clients value-added support.<br><br>4. Candidate Requirements<br><br>· Post-Graduate/Graduate degree in any discipline, preferably in Social Work, Development Management, Public Health, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Development and/ or related field.<br><br>· 8-10 years of professional experience in the social sector particularly in project management, program implementation, budget management, fund raising and resource mobilization, business development, customer relationship management, donor and key account management, content writing for proposals, grant applications, social media engagement, database management and CRM.<br><br>· Exceptional writing skills, with extensive experience in drafting presentations, proposals, donor reports and policies. Includes budgeting and contract development for multi-year engagements.<br><br>· Track record of supporting the success of Program implementation teams through the regular review of logic models, budgets, and program plans.<br><br>· Preferred experience of working with education and healthcare sectors.<br><br>· Highly organized and detail oriented, with great problem-solving skills. Ability to meet project deliverables under set timelines and challenges.<br><br>· Meets the highest standards of ethics and personal integrity, with a demonstrated capacity for discretion and for handling confidential information with care.<br><br>· The ability to travel is up to 50% of the time needed and as and when required.<br><br>5.
