You will work at the intersection of sustainability, storytelling, and strategy, helping shape how India’s next-generation clean-tech story is told.</p><p>You will:</p><p> • Craft narratives that position Novasensa as a national leader in circular economy innovation</p><p> • Work directly with founders on campaigns, investor communications, and outreach strategy</p><p> • Gain exposure across digital marketing, sales enablement, partnerships, and policy communication</p><p> • Contribute to flagship initiatives such as the <em>Novasensa Sustainability Fellowship</em>, a nationwide campaign mobilizing students toward clean-tech innovation<br></p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong><p><strong>Branding & Strategic Communication</strong></p><p> • Build concise, impactful decks, case studies, and sales material</p><p> • Assist in refining our brand messaging and outreach narrative for investors, industry, and government</p><p> • Design basic assets such as social posts, infographics, and one-pagers using Canva or PowerPoint</p><p><strong>Campaigns & Outreach</strong></p><p> • Support the rollout of the <em>Sustainability Fellowship</em> campaign through social media scheduling and university outreach</p><p> • Draft and analyze LinkedIn and email campaigns to grow brand visibility</p><p> • Track engagement metrics and suggest data-driven improvements</p><p><strong>Research & Market Intelligence</strong></p><p> • Map competitors, market trends, and clean-tech policy shifts</p><p> • Generate insights to support business development and partnerships<br></p><strong>Who You Are</strong><p>• Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or Economics</p><p> • Passionate about sustainability and curious about how ideas become movements</p><p> • Strong communicator with solid PowerPoint and Excel skills (Canva or Figma are a plus)</p><p> • Organized, creative, and proactive in a fast-paced startup environment<br></p><strong>Preferred but Not Required</strong><p>• Experience with LinkedIn or content-led marketing</p><p> • Familiarity with climate tech, policy, or B2B campaigns</p><p> • Interest in storytelling with data or visual formats<br></p><strong>How to Apply</strong><p>All applications must be submitted through our official Google Form.</p><p>We will only review candidates who apply through the form.
