Mergers and Acquisition (M &A) Digital Integration Consultant

As a Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) Digital Integration Consultant within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) group, you’ll orchestrate customer-facing digital and platform integration work across Sales and Service journeys during mergers and acquisitions. This is a coordination-heavy technology program management role focused on integration planning, Day 1 readiness, cutover execution, and post-close stabilization. As a consultant within this role, you’ll be responsible for cross-team integration and execution—Product, Engineering, CX Operations, Contact Center, HR, and Change Management—so that activities are sequenced correctly, dependencies are visible, and customer/employee disruption is minimized. Within this role working successfully within an ambiguous environment and providing clear communication is crucial in development and maintaining strong relationships within our organization.

This is a remote position with occasional trips into our Corporate Headquarters in Cleveland, OH

Must-have qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements).
  • Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 7 years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements).

Preferred skills

  • Experience in technology program management, program delivery, or cross-functional platform coordination.
  • M&A integration, large-scale migration, or multi-system cutover skills including direct ownership or key workstream coordination.
  • Exposure to CRM platforms with preference in Salesforce or Dynamics, and customer journey concepts.
  • Familiarity with contact center environments (Genesys, NICE, Five9, or similar) and digital customer channels.
  • Proven strength in dependency management, readiness planning, cutover execution, and stakeholder alignment across multiple teams.

Compensation

  • $98,000 - $131,200/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
