Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic <LOCATION> Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily hotel operations, managing guest relations, and maintaining high standards of service excellence. Duties

  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, and housekeeping oversight.
  • Supervise front desk staff, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes and excellent phone etiquette across multi-line phone systems.
  • Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting at the end of each shift.
  • Implement hospitality management best practices to enhance guest experiences and streamline hotel workflows.
  • Train and develop team members in customer service standards, hotel protocols, and multilingual communication skills to serve diverse clientele.
  • Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and hospitality industry standards across all departments.
