As an End User Computing Specialist in our Information Technology - Tier 2 Operations department, your primary focus will be on providing technical assistance and support to end-users within our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that computer systems, software applications, and related peripherals are functioning optimally and meeting the needs of our end users. Your key responsibilities will include providing technical support to end-users both on-site and remotely, resolving hardware and software issues, creating WiFi credentials for clients and visitors, installing and maintaining operating systems and software applications, and managing user accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for system updates & maintenance, IT asset management, security, and compliance. You will collaborate with specialized teams such as Network, Telephony, and Server support to escalate and resolve reported issues effectively. Your role will also involve providing support and troubleshooting expertise for new client launches, performing hardware maintenance and upgrades, and coordinating with vendors for necessary repairs or replacements. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain detailed technical documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Your success in this role will be supported by core competencies such as managing self-development, embracing technology, focusing on customers, and providing support. To excel in this position, you should possess a strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and software applications. Expertise in technology monitoring, IT service management processes, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills will be essential. You must be able to manage multiple priorities effectively and demonstrate strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ideally, you will have at least 3 years of experience in end-user computing or related roles, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Possessing relevant certifications and proficiency in oral and written English at level B1+ will be advantageous for this role.,
