Role Overview: As an Operations Staff responsible for van pickup and delivery, your main role will involve route wise loading of shipments, delivering shipments to the correct customers, and ensuring proper handling of various processes such as POD/FOD/DOD/COD. Your goal will be to meet the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) and achieve the Service Quality (SQ) targets set by the company. Additionally, you will be required to follow the appointment delivery process and maintain a proper dress code with a customer-centric approach.
