We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our leadership team and drive operational excellence across the organization.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of the business, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and proven experience in managing supply chain, production, and distribution in the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage daily operations across procurement, production, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve business goals, optimize resources, and ensure timely product availability.
  • Monitor and manage supply chain performance, demand forecasting, and inventory control.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality assurance protocols, and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance) to align operational plans with organizational objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and third-party service providers.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and report to senior management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in operations management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, production planning, and logistics.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.
