As an Operations Manager at a flight booking company catering primarily to USA-based clients, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the business. Based in Noida, you will be responsible for coordinating with various teams, managing resources effectively, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Proficiency in using any GDS system such as Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, or Worldspan is essential. You should possess a strong understanding of domestic and international flight fares, be adept at both B2B and B2C interactions, and have experience in PPC and meta calls/booking. Being able to work effectively under pressure, being self-driven, and having a target-oriented approach are key attributes for success in this role.
