The Audits, Assessments & Focus Groups team at Space of The Greats plays a crucial role in conducting in-depth analyses of organizational culture and human resources segments. Utilizing the proprietary People & Culture Genius Model, the team assists organizations in identifying and addressing their most critical cultural and operational challenges in HRM through the Root to Fruit approach. As an experienced Organizational Psychologist in this role, you will harmonize quantitative assessment methodologies with qualitative research techniques. You will be responsible for leading organizational culture & HR audits, facilitating executive focus groups, and translating complex findings into actionable insights to diagnose complex organizational challenges. Collaborating closely with assessment and content teams, you will ensure thorough and valuable diagnostic reports for clients. Key responsibilities include designing and executing strategic audits, leading focus group sessions with various levels of employees, analyzing data from multiple sources to pinpoint root causes, creating comprehensive diagnostic reports, applying the People & Culture Genius Model, presenting findings to senior stakeholders, and guiding consulting teams in interventions based on diagnostic findings. The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 4 years of experience in organizational development, business consulting, or HR consulting, along with expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Strong facilitation and public speaking skills, analytical capabilities, understanding of organizational culture frameworks, stakeholder management, and executive communication are essential. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, while a Master's degree is preferred. Thriving in this role requires a passion for understanding organizational dynamics and human behavior, proficiency in data analysis and interpersonal communication, ability to navigate complex organizational structures, stakeholder relationships, pattern recognition, root cause analysis, and translating findings into actionable recommendations. The compensation includes an annual salary ranging from INR 10 to 12 Lakhs, with performance-based bonuses, medical insurance, mental health and wellness support, flexible working hours, paid parental leave, learning & development stipend, career progression pathway, premium assessment tools, and other benefits as per company policy.
