Part‑Time to Full‑Time HVAC Parts Runner / Helper

1stAirCo is looking for a reliable, motivated Parts Runner / HVAC Helper to join our growing team in Peoria. This role is ideal for someone with some trade or field experience who knows the Valley well and wants steady work with the opportunity to grow into a full‑time position.

If you’re comfortable being on the road, supporting technicians, and helping keep jobs moving efficiently, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Picking up and delivering HVAC parts and materials to job sites across the Valley
  • Coordinating efficiently with technicians and office staff
  • Keeping service and install trucks stocked, clean, and organized
  • Assisting technicians with basic HVAC or trade‑related tasks
  • Helping maintain an organized shop and parts area
  • Representing Airco professionally with vendors and customers
Schedule & Hours
  • Part‑time to start
  • Opportunity for full‑time hours as workload and performance allow
  • Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
What We’re Looking For
  • Some trade or construction experience preferred (HVAC is a plus, but not required)
  • Familiar with the Phoenix metro area / Valley routes
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Able to lift 80+ lbs and work outdoors in Arizona conditions
  • Ability to safely load, secure, tow, and maneuver a trailer
  • Dependable, punctual, and self‑motivated
Comfortable working independently and supporting a team
