Responsibilities

  • Reviewing documents and scanning them into medical records
  • Data Entry, including patient identifying information
  • Assesses customers' needs and ensures a positive customer experience
  • Communicates with management about issues impacting task completion
  • Identifies and communicates recommendations for process improvement
  • Displays dignity and respect in all interactions
  • Obtains appropriate documentation for proper advancement
  • Prioritizes and organizes work to meet deadlines
  • Accepts responsibility and accountability for decisions and duties
  • Takes initiative with standard and non-standard requests
  • Responds professionally and timely to all correspondence
  • Monitors, tracks, validates, and integrates data into customer resources

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to work onsite at specified location on Mondays
  • Ability to work a per diem or as needed schedule
  • Ability to work at least 12 hours per week
  • Ability to work onsite during specified hours with additional remote shifts

Nice-to-haves

  • 1+ years of healthcare customer experience
