Job Title: Loan Sales Executive

Location: Gurgaon
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Upto 25 NTH ( depend on interview )

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Loan Sales Executive to join our team. As a Loan Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales of personal loans by identifying and cultivating new client relationships, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers for personal loans through various sales channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.)
  • Provide clients with information on loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment options.
  • Assist clients in selecting the most suitable loan based on their financial needs.
  • Prepare and present loan proposals, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Guide clients through the loan application process, including document collection and submission.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, offering excellent customer service and post-sales support.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, loan products, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or personal loans sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and close sales.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of loan products and financial regulations is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
