Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales person to join our team at a leading pharmaceutical company specializing in disinfectant products for the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our advanced disinfectant products to hospitals, healthcare facilities, and related organizations, ensuring that they meet infection control standards and contribute to patient safety

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the pharmaceutical sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and mentoring a team of sales representatives to ensure optimal performance. In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and regulatory teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

You will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal stakeholders will be critical to your success.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of pharmaceutical products and market dynamics, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of making data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance. Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:

Minimum 01 Years of Experience in Disinfectant Products- 10 years experience

  • Educational Qualifications:

B.SC, Pharma, degree in pharmacy

  • Required Skills
  • Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the Hospitals, Experience selling to hospitals is a strong advantage.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with disinfectant products, infection control protocols, and healthcare industry standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including hospital staff, decision-makers, and procurement teams.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong ability to build and nurture customer relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales-Driven: Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to understand product specifications and effectively explain them to clients.
