This role involves tracking performance metrics, developing quality assurance frameworks, and implementing new member and provider initiatives. The supervisor is also responsible for developing and maintaining training programs for internal teams and translating pharmacy program changes into effective operational processes to achieve optimal member and plan outcomes.</div> <div> </div> <div> <strong>You will:</strong></div> <div>· Oversee performance for pharmacy benefit administration within member services, ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate resolution for issues raised by members, employers, and brokers.</div> <div>· Track performance metrics and trends related to member interactions and issue resolution. · Develop, maintain, and report on key performance indicators focused on efficiency and member satisfaction.</div> <div>· Lead operational implementation of new outbound member and provider initiatives. Including: Programs designed to achieve cost savings for members and plans</div> <div>· Educating members and providers on pharmacy programs Offer proactive assistance with prescription fulfillment</div> <div>· Develop and implement a quality assurance framework, focusing on audits of case documentation, correspondence, and call recordings to ensure high-quality performance. This includes monitoring vendor customer service quality and managing performance scorecards.</div> <div>· Develop and maintain training programs, materials, and regular learning sessions for internal teams to ensure strong understanding of pharmacy benefit design, programs, policies, procedures, and escalation pathways.</div> <div>· Serve as the “eyes and ears of the member” to evaluate upcoming pharmacy program changes and benefit enhancements. Translate impacts into operational processes that deliver the best possible member and plan outcomes.</div> <div> </div> <div> <strong>You bring:</strong> </div> <div>· 3+ years experience in pharmacy operations, PBM, health plan, or member services roles</div> <div>· 2+ years leadership experience</div> <div>· Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit design and specialty drug programs</div> <div>· Excellent partnership and communication skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders</div> <div>· Ability to build structure in fast-paced or scaling environments</div> <div> </div> <div> <strong>Extra credit:</strong> </div> <div>· Previous experience at a high growth company.</div> <div> </div> <div> <strong>Gravie:</strong> </div> <div>In order to transform health insurance and build a health plan everyone can love, we need talented people doing amazing work.
