About the Role

We are looking for a Political Network & Influence Growth Lead , someone deeply connected within India’s political and media circles, who can accelerate Time Krishna’s grassroots and digital expansion across states .

This is a high-impact, on-ground and online role for someone who lives and breathes India’s political landscape, from journalists and youth leaders to party workers and digital campaigners. You will leverage your political, media, and community networks to expand Time Krishna’s reach, onboard creators, and amplify independent, people-first narratives across the country.

If you have worked with political parties, managed campaigns, or mobilized communities, this role is built for you.


Key Responsibilities

Build and grow state-level and national networks of political influencers, media professionals, journalists, and digital activists. Leverage your existing relationships with political workers, campaign strategists, youth wings, and journalists to expand the platform’s reach. Mobilize these networks to create, share, and amplify content that represents India’s independent and authentic voice. Collaborate with creators, AI, and content teams to develop campaigns around political, social, and cultural narratives. Lead user and creator acquisition campaigns focused on state elections, policy themes, or cultural movements. Build partnerships with media and political communities that can rapidly scale user engagement and awareness. Track campaign performance, analyze growth metrics, and refine strategies for impact and reach. Represent Time Krishna at political events, press circles, youth forums, and university spaces to strengthen community presence.


What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in political campaigns, communications, or media strategy . Currently working with or previously associated with a political party, campaign, or advocacy organization . Strong, active network across political parties, journalists, and digital media influencers . Deep understanding of India’s political and cultural landscape, with the ability to navigate narratives and mobilize voices. Experience leading or supporting grassroots or digital movements , content campaigns, or social initiatives. Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills. Must be able to showcase work , campaign results, content, collaborations, or community initiatives. Bonus: Experience working with content related to politics, journalism, or social causes.
