The role of a Private Banker in the Private Banking Group is crucial in acquiring High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) & Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI) clients and establishing strong relationships with the bank. As a Private Banker, you will be responsible for selling Investment, Insurance, and other bank products to Private Banking clients to generate fee income. Your main responsibilities will include nurturing and managing end-to-end customer relationships, catering to all banking needs through wealth solutions offered by IDFC FIRST Bank. It is essential to provide a seamless banking experience from both product and interpersonal perspectives while ensuring high customer satisfaction scores to meet organizational objectives. To excel in this role, you will need to acquire customers through various channels such as natural market, open market activities, references from internal sources, and leveraging existing branch and digital networks. Additionally, you must prioritize regulatory compliance, exhibit a high orientation towards relationship management, and focus on delivering exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in disciplines such as Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management.
