As a Relationship Manager, your role involves meeting specific targets related to Total Portfolio Size (TPP) and Banking. Your performance will be evaluated based on your ability to achieve these targets and exceed them. It is crucial for you to focus on both individual TPP targets and banking targets, ensuring that you meet the defined income objectives and penetrate the base with relevant products. - Ensure customer level profitability by achieving specific objectives for each customer within your base. - Maintain a minimum profitability of Rs 1,00,000 per customer from a significant portion of your base. - Drive AUM growth by achieving a minimum 10% growth in AUM for yourself and your team. - Focus on client sign-on objectives set by the Business Head, acquire new clients, and convert existing bank clients to avail PBG services. - Deliver client solutions that meet benchmarked levels and align with customer needs, while also gathering feedback on the solutions provided. - Ensure quality of customer interactions recorded in the CRM system meets desk requirements. - Adhere to the desk policy of client contact management and personal meetings, updating the CRM system within specified timelines. - Stay updated on functional and industry knowledge, develop people and relationships within the team, demonstrate research excellence in equity and related areas. - Maintain a strong focus on result and process orientation, set clear and achievable goals in line with the broader desk objectives, and monitor progress accordingly. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation/Post-Graduation in Marketing/Finance - Certifications: AMFI Certification, NCFM Certification (Optional), CAIIB, IRDA - Skills in Sales and Influencing, Banking Product & Process Knowledge, Relationship Management, Negotiation, Planning, Organizing, Communication, and Knowledge of Competition & Current Trends in the financial industry In your role, you will interact with major stakeholders such as Customers, Branch Banking Team, Operations, Product Team, Treasury, HLIC, Insurance CAM, MF Fund houses personnel, and HSL personnel.,
