As a Global Laboratory Program Assistant at ERM, you will play a crucial role in providing operational, administrative, and financial support to ensure the smooth execution of the Global Laboratory Program. Your responsibilities will include managing program data, tracking financials, monitoring governance, and facilitating collaboration among teams and suppliers. Your efforts will directly support the Global Program Manager and indirectly influence program compliance, cost tracking, and process efficiency to maximize achievable annual volume rebate. As processes are streamlined, your scope may expand to support other procurement activities alongside the lab program. You will report into the Global Strategic Procurement Lead. Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring operational efficiency by supporting governance, compliance tracking, and process documentation. - Managing financial tracking, including invoice reconciliation, volume discounts, and financial reporting. - Coordinating program collaboration between lab representatives, procurement teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in administrative roles with strong organizational skills. - Proficiency in data management and reporting tools. - Understanding of financial tracking, invoice management, and accounting principles. - Attention to detail with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Strong data management skills with experience in procurement processes, invoice tracking, and reconciliations. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce (or similar data management tools), and financial tracking systems. - Comfortability working independently while collaborating across teams.,
