This role oversees planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across multiple interconnected projects, ensuring implementations are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.</p> <p>The Program Manager serves as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders, engineering, product, vendors, and customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What We’re Looking for this Role to do</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Identifies sales opportunities and assists the account management team with successful close of sale (including proposal development process).</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Builds and manages client relationships with State Medicaid clients with support from the Program Director.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Builds relationships and collaborates effectively with implementation team, product team, and engineering team to ensure successful delivery of services to client(s); assists in the creation and/or review of client deliverables.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction for a defined Pharmacy implementation project(s).</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Oversight and management of specific products/services of a contract or special projects for State Medicaid Utilization Management contracts.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Continuous monitoring and timely reporting to management on progress toward business goals.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assist in the development of both internal and external reports to monitor delivery and financial performance.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Identifies opportunities for process improvements, client relationships and satisfaction, and strategic agendas and partnerships. </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:18.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What we're looking for</b></h2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>5+ years of <strong>Medical Claims</strong>, <strong>PBM, and / or Pharmacy Solution experience</strong></li> <li>5+ years’ experience in <strong>Program Management of a large Software Implementation</strong></li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and collaborate across multi-functional team</li> <li>Hands-On experience in SDLC, Agile, MS Project and testing methodologies (SIT, UAT.
