Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Managers to lead and manage our ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, ERP systems, and business process optimization. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project resources and allocate tasks effectively.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure continuous improvement.

Current Project Consulting 1 year duration:

  • A consultant familiar with acquisition integration/migration into Oracle EBS (not Oracle Cloud Fusion), specifically for Finance & Accounting modules such as:
    • Fixed Assets
    • Chart of Accounts
    • Accounts Payable Subledger migration
    • Accounts Receivable Subledger migration
    • Go-Live cutover planning
    • Extraction of Joint Venture Accounting Allocations (not a high need)
  • Experience with SAP is a plus, but Oracle EBS expertise is essential.

Qualifications we seek:

  • Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS).
  • Excellent project management skills (PMP certification preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
