As a Virtual Receptionist at Venture Smarter, you will be the first point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring every interaction is professional, welcoming, and efficient. You will manage calls, emails, and scheduling while providing administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.
Answer and direct incoming call in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain accurate call logs and records of client interactions
Provide information about company services and route inquiries to the appropriate team members
Perform light administrative tasks to support daily operations
