Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) - North OTC

Team Size: 3 ASM, 10 ASE

Experience: 12-15 years in OTC Pharma with General Trade (GT) preferred

Qualification: MBA

Job Summary:

The RSM-North OTC will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets across the assigned territories of Delhi, Haryana, J&K, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh. This leadership role demands a professional with strong experience in OTC pharma sales, who can effectively manage and motivate a sizable team, while delivering consistent sales performance. The RSM will report directly to the Head of Sales OTC and manage 3 Area Sales Managers (ASM) and 10 Area Sales Executives (ASE).

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market share in the assigned region.

- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team (3 ASM and 10 ASE) ensuring a focus on performance and capability building.

- Maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and healthcare professionals to enhance brand visibility and sales.

- Utilize digital tools and technology to streamline sales operations and improve team effectiveness.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and risks.

- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance for seamless execution of sales plans.

- Foster a people-friendly culture ensuring high employee engagement and retention.

Candidate Profile:

- 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in OTC Pharma sales with a strong background in General Trade (GT).

- MBA graduate with excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Age between 42-48 years.

- Assertive and result-oriented with the ability to manage high performance while maintaining a collaborative approach.

- Strong digital and technology savvy with an agile mindset.

- Energetic, proactive, and capable of adapting swiftly to market changes.
