Regional Sales Manager-(RSM)

Experience: Should have minimum 10 years’ experience in Surface transport company or relevant industry.

Functional Area – Sales

Education Qualification – Graduate with Computer Skills.

Salary – No Bar

Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
  • Proficiency in formulating marketing and sales strategies and Promoting new plans for new business generation and increasing market share of Company.
  • Increase new Customers , acquisition of B2B,B2C and retaining new Customers.
  • Potential of Monitoring ,maintaining good Sales team.
  • Meeting Sales growth of his Region and responsible for performance of team.
  • Business planning and analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities.
  • Responsible for interacting with Corporate clients and retention of customers with the responsibility of outstanding receivables from the Customers as per Company Policy.
  • Achieve growth and hit Sales targets by successfully managing sales team , penetration of new markets and optimize revenue.
  • Establish short term/long term budgets and corporate strategies for achieving of targets related to sales and managing over all operations of Region.
  • Acting as P&L Head with the objective of achieving the desired targets with the minimum operation margin .
  • Can oversee Preparation of MIS on a periodical basis and can provide information of over- all progress in field to Top Management.
  • Strong in FTL/Part load business.
  • Can create Sales Goals for each branch of his region and communicate to Top Management.
  • Can prepare Monthly/Quarterly reports and submit his findings and analysis to Top Management.
  • Effective communication skills.
