Job Overview

Duties

  • Engage with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
  • Conduct outbound calls to warm prospects, utilizing CRM software to track interactions and follow-up activities
  • Employ consultative selling strategies to identify customer pain points and demonstrate how our products or services provide valuable solutions
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details to close deals effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Utilize sales technology tools such as Salesforce Cloud and other CRM platforms to manage pipeline, update records, and analyze sales metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop outreach strategies that maximize outreach success
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism in all phone communications, ensuring clear, persuasive, and friendly interactions that foster trust and rapport

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales with a strong track record of closing deals in B2B environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, deal closing, and consultative selling techniques
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms; experience with Salesforce Cloud is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
  • Business development experience with a focus on warm calling and outbound prospecting strategies
  • Knowledge of sales technology adoption and sales automation tools to enhance productivity
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone while managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Prior experience in technology sales or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for learning new sales methods is essential
