We’re in an exciting growth phase across North America and are building a strong remote team to support our expansion through B2B partnerships and outbound sales development.

The Role

We’re hiring a Remote B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to contact potential business partners across Canada and the U.S.

You’ll be responsible for identifying qualified businesses, making outbound cold calls, and scheduling appointments with our Sales Team. You’ll use provided scripts, CRM access, and lead lists — your focus is on generating opportunities, not closing sales.

This role is ideal for someone who is persuasive, organized, and experienced in generating B2B leads for North American clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses across North America
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture potential B2B leads
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the Sales Team
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM
  • Research potential partner companies (e.g., real estate agencies, property managers, event planners, etc.)
  • Achieve daily and weekly targets for call volume and booked meetings
  • Provide regular reporting on lead generation activity and results

Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Previous experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting for North American clients (U.S. or Canada)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in outbound B2B calling or SDR roles
  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral or North American-friendly accent
  • Strong communication, research, and prospecting skills
  • Tech-savvy with CRM and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
  • Reliable, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Stable internet connection and quiet workspace

Compensation

  • Base Pay: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Bonuses: Incentives for exceeding appointment and lead targets
