Position: Remote Academic Specialist (Work from Home)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen students’ understanding of Maths/Science subjects for grades 4 to 10.
  • Conduct online classes, clarify doubts, and create a positive learning environment on our learning platform.
  • Provide error-free, step-by-step solutions to students’ queries.
  • Assess student performance and give constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Conduct 24 sessions per week, with additional responsibilities up to 12 hours per week.
  • Non-session activities: 3 PM to 4:30 PM; Session activities: 4:30 PM to 9 PM.
  • Additional duties include parent-teacher meetings, homework correction, peer reviews, participation in training sessions, and monthly tests.
  • Enhance student performance with flexible teaching methods and dedication.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Passionate about teaching and making a significant impact in education.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Maths/Science for grades 4 to 10.
  • Excellent communication skills (English) – both verbal and written.
  • Effective camera-facing skills.
  • Ability to relate theoretical knowledge to practical applications.
  • Freshers and candidates with previous teaching experience are welcome.
  • Multi-tasking and creative thinking abilities.
  • Capable of delivering lesson plans and adapting teaching methods to student needs.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
