Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Remote Resume Builder to help job seekers craft compelling, professional, and industry-relevant resumes. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about career development, writing, and HR practices. You will collaborate with candidates across various sectors, transforming their experience into polished CVs that stand out in todays competitive job market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with job seekers to understand their career goals, work history, and target roles.
  • Create, format, and optimize resumes and CVs tailored to different industries (IT, BPO, marketing, healthcare, etc.).
  • Revise and improve existing resumes for clarity, relevance, and alignment with current hiring trends.
  • Customize resumes to align with specific job descriptions and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Maintain a database of templates and writing resources.
  • Ensure grammatical accuracy, professional tone, and effective layout in all resume documents.
  • Handle multiple client assignments and meet agreed turnaround times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, and resume formatting tools.
  • Strong grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to write clearly and persuasively.

Experience
