Compensation & Licensure Transparency We believe in transparent, performance-based compensation. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role featuring a highly competitive 70/30 revenue split (provider keeps 70%).

Because reimbursement rates and billable services (such as psychological testing) vary heavily by license type, your expected annual earning potential is directly tied to your credential:

  • Master's Level (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT): $100,000 – $140,000+ per year. (Based on a full-time clinical caseload).
  • Doctorate Level (Licensed Psychologist - PsyD, PhD): $150,000 – $250,000+ per year. (Based on clinical caseload and high-reimbursement psychological assessment/diagnostic services).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing high-quality outpatient psychotherapy via telehealth.
  • (For Licensed Psychologists) Providing psychological assessment and diagnostic services within your scope of practice.
  • Conducting clinical assessments and ongoing, evidence-based treatment planning.
  • Collaborating with our psychiatric team to provide holistic, integrated patient care.
  • Maintaining your own schedule within a highly flexible, private practice model.

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Minnesota license: LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD.
  • Independence: Self-directed, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing a private practice-style caseload.
  • Clinical Excellence: Strong commitment to evidence-based, compassionate care.
  • Integrative Mindset: Open to our clinical model, including medical cannabis certifications managed by our psychiatric team when clinically appropriate.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
