<strong>Job Overview<br><br></strong>We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team at Revalsys Technologies.<br><br>In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Manage and maintain Windows/Linux Server(s) with 1-3 years of experience or demonstrated understanding</li><li> Knowledge of computer hardware & networking, operating system installation and troubleshooting</li><li> Network printer, antivirus installation & basic software installation</li><li> User and service process management, monitoring</li><li> DNS, FTP, Domain Controller, Active Directory and SSH knowledge</li><li> Disk management, file permissions, and user and group administration</li><li> Physical and virtual server and console management</li><li> G-suite, Office 365, and Outlook configuration</li><li> Server/website migrations</li><li> Desktop PCs, servers, network equipment, and software applications knowledge</li><li> Installation of operating systems, MS office, open office, Ubuntu OS, mail server and outlook configuration</li><li> Troubleshooting internet/mail server/web servers/ubuntu OS/proxy/open office/printer configuration</li><li> Effective trouble shooting and problem-solving skills</li><li> Overseeing system performance and troubleshooting issues</li><li> Creating backup and safeguarding data in case of hindrances</li><li> Monitoring and maintaining network servers such as file servers</li><li> Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory, GPO, Active Directory Federated Services, and password/identity management systems</li><li> Directory Services Infrastructure knowledge in Web Hosting - IIS, Apache, Nginx, Control Panels like cPanel, Plesk, and Direct Admin</li><li> Server tweaking, hardening and vulnerability fixes knowledge</li><li> Disaster Recovery Procedures, Spamming, DDoS, and Hacking Issues knowledge</li><li> Good team player able to work independently in shifts to provide customer support</li><li> Cloud services like Azure, AWS knowledge will be an added advantage</li><li> Source code management (DevOps) knowledge will be an added advantage</li><li> Shell and PowerShell scripting experience will be an added advantage<br><br></li></ul>(ref:hirist.tech)
