Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies

Lead zonal sales team members to achieve overall sales targets for the company.

Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer/partner accounts

Negotiate and close agreements with large customers/partners.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs

Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

Report to the CBO.

Job Requirements

Overall experience of minimum 10+ years in software solution selling.

5+ years' experience in selling and managing E-Governance solutions will be highly preferable.

Experience in creating and managing channel sales.

Experience in working with Banks as a channel partner will be highly preferable.

Experience in creating and managing a high-performance sales team.

Experience in setting up processes, Standard Operating Procedures, and continuous performance appraisal through relevant metrics.

Strong communication and team management skills

Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.

Availability to travel all over the assigned territory.

Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field

Language preference – English, Hindi, and one local language
