generated leads</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Sell directly to HOAs, community associations, property managers, developers, and other key decision-makers</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Navigate complex buying processes involving boards, CAMs/property managers, developers, installers, security teams, and residents</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop relationships with resellers, dealers, installers, and channel partners to generate and close opportunities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with internal teams and external partners to create the right solution for each community</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conduct discovery calls and product demos via zoom and in person as
