As an SEO Professional at our company, you will be responsible for owning the strategy-to-execution lifecycle for organic search, answer engine visibility, localized optimization, and brand reputation. Your role will involve developing and implementing end-to-end SEO, AEO, and GEO campaigns, monitoring performance, and ensuring that our online presence aligns with the values and excellence of our clients across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO plans to enhance organic traffic and search rankings - Conduct technical audits such as site speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data; collaborate with web developers on necessary fixes - Track KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.; provide actionable insights to stakeholders - Conduct in-depth keyword analysis; optimize content, metadata, and site architecture for improved visibility - Collaborate with writers and designers to create SEO-optimized content that meets audience needs and business objectives - Monitor brand mentions and reviews across platforms; devise response strategies to improve brand perception - Stay updated with the latest SEO and ORM trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to drive continuous learning and innovation Qualifications: - Bachelors/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - 4-8 years of hands-on SEO and ORM experience - Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decision-making - Proficiency in SEO/ORM tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc., as well as AEO and GEO - Familiarity with CMS platforms, with preference for WordPress, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Please note that the job is full-time with a day shift schedule.
