<strong>Date Posted:<br><br></strong>2025-10-14<br><br><strong>Country:<br><br></strong>India<br><br><strong>Location:<br><br></strong>Plot No:132 to 167, Aerospace SEZ sector, Hi-tech, Defense and Aerospace Park, DEVANAHALLI, Bangalore, Karnataka, 562110, India<br><br><strong>Position Role Type:<br><br></strong>Unspecified<br><br><strong>Overview:<br><br></strong>Experienced Senior Engineer Planning responsible for leading Planning & Execution on Production Lines ensuring on-time delivery with optimal inventory and within costs<br><br><strong>Job Title: Senior Associate Engineer - Planning<br><br></strong><strong>What You Will Do:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Should have independently handled and managed for demand planning and supply Planning</li><li>Expertise in Material Requirement Planning Systems</li><li>Good knowledge of MRP Validation process and good exposure in component planning</li><li>Tracking daily, Weekly, Monthly KPI’s to identify opportunities for improvement in performance regularly reporting to management</li><li>Identify the potential risk of updating shortage file in order to meet OTD and Sales KPI’s, maintain the data integrity of the material planning systems</li><li>Develop and summarize forecast of anticipated demand using historical data and sales trends</li><li>Prepare monthly and daily production plan based on the customer requirements</li><li>Monitor daily production Plan Vs Actual through MPS and highlight the potential risk to management</li><li>Aligning the demands to production Plans on a monthly basis with robust scheduling adherence</li><li>Accountable for delivering the total demand plan for all products to customer</li><li>Interaction with all stakeholders on daily basis to meet On Time Delivery to customer. </li><li>RRCA approach for delivery misses</li><li>Should have strong functional knowledge and working experience related to Material management and detailed understanding of concepts related to replenishment Planning</li><li>Working with multiple stake holders to drive process improvements</li><li>Maintain MPS stability to provide stable demand signal to SCM, and target challenging MPS stability performance</li><li>Analyze MPS stability on weekly basis and collect the turn backs to fix the root cause</li><li>Should have strong knowledge of SIOP Process (Set-up and executing). </li><li>Engage closely with SIOP, Material Management and Operations teams to implement the actions resulting from capacity planning models</li><li>Perform inventory management according to company policies and knowledge of Inventory turns and DOH. </li><li>Able to manage daily workload and multiple deadline requests from customers</li><li>Ownership of rough-cut capacity planning models including data collection, monthly model updates and collaborating output and necessary actions with functions<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Will Learn:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Exposure to High class Manufacturing work systems and flow</li><li>Opportunity to work on automations and simplifying large data structures</li><li>Experience Culture of Transformation journey through Lean and digital initiatives<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications You Must Have:<br><br></strong><ul><li>B.
