This team supports the North America retail portfolio in pursuit of store community excellence and creates community engagement experiences across select markets.<br><br>Reporting to the <strong>Director, Community East,</strong> the <strong>Senior Manager, Community (Northeast)</strong> develops the strategy and oversees execution of all community programming for the cities within the Northeast cluster including Toronto, Boston, Philadelphia and influential city – New York City, leading their team in the implementation of various brand and community campaigns, programs (Key Cities and Store Community) and activations, accelerating market growth and driving brand awareness and consideration across all Key Markets. This role directly manages a team of five direct reports including <strong>Community Leads across all markets and a Community Program Manager in New York City.</strong> This role serves as the voice of lululemon in the Northeast in all conversations and decisions impacting the market and our guests, with a particular focus on New York City as an influential market leveraging incremental resourcing and support to drive impact.<br><br><strong>Core Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Create and execute strategy for localized community and marketing programs within Northeast Markets.</li><li>Drive strategy and execution for New York City as the Northeast’s most influential market, leveraging incremental resources and support to amplify impact, and elevate lululemon’s presence in this priority city.</li><li>Drive Store Community excellence across Northeast store portfolio.</li><li>Leverage Ambassador collective in activations to increase awareness and engagement.</li><li>Partner with the Director, NA Community East, retail leaders, and other North America channel partners to integrate cross-functional programming into key markets and drive local business priorities</li><li>Direct and indirect budget allocation and management</li><li>Be a strategic thought partner to the Directors, NA Community East and West for driving scale of programming across other cities</li><li>Build a pipeline of key relationships and partners to drive future growth<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field and/or 10 years' experience in retail or other B2C organization</li><li>5+ years leading people or teams with passion for coaching and mentorship</li><li>Proven record of managing multiple, diverse projects within related field</li><li>Proven success using data and insights to build a strategy and influence future decision-making.</li><li>Excellent in oral and written communication and cross-functional enrollment.</li><li>Comfortable in ambiguity within a fast-paced environment.<br><br></li></ul>must haves<br><br><ul><li> Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life. </li><li> Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.  </li><li> Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.  </li><li> Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.  </li><li> Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.  </li><li> Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take yourself too seriously.  <br><br></li></ul>Additional Notes<br><br>Authorization to work in the US is required for this role. <br><br><strong>Compensation And Benefits Package <br><br></strong>lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from <strong>$134,100 - 176,000 </strong> annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
