You'll combine hands-on engineering with team leadership and customer-facing collaboration: working directly with Precisely leaders and enterprise customers to shape what gets built, leading a small development team, and shipping the platform that lets customers discover, connect, and build with Precisely's AI assets. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of <strong>people, product, and code</strong> — and who believes the best enterprise software sells itself through the value it delivers in the first few minutes</p> <p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead engineering and evolution of the AI Studio platform, including marketplace UI, agent execution, and MCP integration</li> <li>Define and enforce engineering standards across architecture, SDLC automation, testing, CI/CD, and deployment</li> <li>Mentor a high performing development team while driving execution and organizational alignment</li> <li>Partner with product, engineering, and enterprise customers to design and deliver reusable AI assets, agents, apps, and skills</li> <li>Translate customer use cases into scalable agent workflows, manifests, and skill pipelines</li> <li>Collaborate with platform architects to align AI Studio with enterprise API, data, and platform strategies</li> <li>Lead customer discovery sessions and technical reviews to ensure solutions address real business needs</li> <li>Serve as the technical bridge between customer requirements and platform capabilities</li> <li>Expand platform integrations across major LLM ecosystems including OpenAI, Claude, and enterprise data platforms</li> <li>Drive product led growth through onboarding optimization, marketplace innovation, analytics, and showcase/demo experiences</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>B.Sc.
