Our client, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to improving community well-being, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead their mental health initiatives. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to make a significant impact on individuals' lives from anywhere. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive mental health programs designed to serve diverse community needs. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans for the organization's mental health programs, aligning with mission and community needs. Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple mental health initiatives, ensuring effective service delivery and program quality. Manage program budgets, including financial planning, monitoring expenditures, and seeking grant opportunities.
