Senior Systems Engineer (Railway Signalling)

We are looking for Sr. Systems Engineer with 8+ years of Experience for our esteemed client for the Bangalore / Gurugram location.
Key Skills: Railway Doman, Systems Engineering Life Cycle, processes and principles, requirements development, requirements management and the use of requirements tools, Systems Engineering and Assurance area.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Providing systems engineering/assurance services across the system engineering life cycle including conception, defining the requirements, design, realization, integration, verification, acceptance and support
• Undertake the requirements management activities from concept through to handover stage of the project life cycle
• Achieving engineering and project milestones within the project schedule
• Conducting system engineering activities in accordance with systems engineering framework based upon ISO/IEEE standards
• DOORS Management
• Requirements Development and Management throughout Project Life Cycle
• Undertake / Involve Verification and Validation activities
• Participate Assurance gate submission
• Contributing to design reviews, workshops, integration, test and site installation activities
• Working as part of a project or bid team for and of delivery mission-critical capability
• Delivering systems engineering services on time and to the highest quality expected by our clients
• Ensuring that systems engineering activities follow the appropriate methodologies defined in project Systems Engineering Management Plans (SEMPs)


Requirements

​Qualification, Skills, and Experience
• A strong background in systems engineering
• Practical experience in all phases of the Systems Engineering Life Cycle, processes and principles.
• Practical experience in requirements development, requirements management and the use of requirements tools.
• Experience of integration, verification, validation, qualification engineering
• Experience in undertaking Systems Assurance activities such as Gate Submission to support successful delivery through to assurance gates
• A high level of interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Initiative, motivated & self-driven.
• Relationship builder who can communicate at all levels.
• Team Focused.
• Communicates honestly, openly and consistently
• Able to evaluate information quickly, identifying key issues and formulate conclusions based on sound, practical judgement, experience and common sense.
• Mechanical, software, electronics/electrical or systems engineering degree or equivalent experience in Systems Engineering and Assurance area
• Mandatory to have Experience in Railway Domain
